Each product page includes specific frame measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length). We also provide a fit guide to help you choose styles based on your face shape.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn products in their original packaging. Please note that custom prescription lenses are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your eyewear?
Yes, all RAEN eyewear is backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your frames sooner.
Can I put prescription lenses in RAEN frames?
Absolutely. Most of our frames are RX-ready, meaning you can take them to your local optician or select the prescription option on our website for select styles.
