Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your RAEN eyewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return or choose a new pair for an exchange to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and a return packing slip.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your frames in their original protective case and packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any official mail carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
